For one week the works on the double girder bridge crane for a paper factory in the Ruhr Area are in full progress. Besides general reconstruction and adaptation works on the steel construction and on the electrical system the altitude difference has to be adapted by one-sided jacking of the crane bridge due to the special situation of the existing crane runways in the paper factory.

Two years ago Brunnhuber Cranes Germany equipped the complete natural-gas power station of “Stadtwerke Essen” (municipal utility of Essen) with a total of 6 brand new cranes. This year the “Block Fortuna” started operation. In order to allow short reaction times in case of breakdown or maintenance action, regional company locations of the TeichmannGroup support Brunnhuber Cranes Germany in further support and service provision.

The action „Women’s Day at TEICHMANN CRANES“ was a big surprise for the male colleagues who did not know anything about it before. The action was very well received by all of them and it was a lot of fun for the female colleagues.

For the construction site of a customer in North Rhine-Westphalia TEICHMANN CRANES organised workshop test, delivery and assembly of a reconstructed gantry crane.

Terminus Ruhr Region: On behalf of a long-standing customer TEICHMANN CRANES delivered a workshop overhauled Container Gantry Crane with special telescopic spreader.

Spreaders are indispensable lifting devices for container handling; just like a huge inventory is indispensable for the quick and uncomplicated service that TEICHMANN offers to you. Currently we have more than 30 spreaders in stock and so they are quickly available. This saves several months of delivery time and allows us to react and deliver immediately in case of an emergency.

Straight from the classroom into the job – In the nationwide campaign „Your day for Africa“ girls and boys replace their classroom for one day of the school year by the office or the workshop of a company of their own choice. They go to work for one day for a good cause and they donate their wages to educational projects in five African countries.

A double girder gantry crane already delivered by TEICHMANN CRANES in 2006 had to be relocated for the same customer from Weert to the Dutch town of Huissen.

The Swiss Logistics Service Provider Ultra-Brag needed a gantry crane in tubular construction for the new Container Terminal. Under the project leadership of TEICHMANN CRANES the TeichmannGroup worked with bundled forces and skills in this exciting large-scale project and accomplished disassembly, modernisation works, reassembly and commissioning of the crane in record time.
