Double-girder gantry crane 40t x 28,6m + 3m
The first delivered crane (yellow) is a double-girder gantry crane 40t x 28.6m + 3m with a 60m long crane runway, which was refurbished and adapted according to customer specifications at the TEICHMANN location in Essen. Thus, the crane was overhauled mechanically and electrically with partly new cabling and the span and job of the crane were lengthened. Among other things, the refurbished gantry crane received a new radio control and a new LED lighting.
In addition, a 3D laser system for person recognition has been installed on the rail, which automatically switches off the crane when people move on the rail. After delivery and arrival of the two crane bridges in Paris, they were welded together on site and the crane was mounted within 2 weeks.

Double-girder gantry crane in box construction 40t x 18,6m +2,5m
The second crane, a double-girder gantry crane in box construction 40t x 18.6m + 2.5m (blue) with an 80m long crane runway was also converted according customers needs. The span of the crane was shortened and the jib was extended by 2.5m. In addition, the entire crane was mechanically and electrically overhauled and also equipped with a new LED lighting and a 3D laser system for the detection of moving objects on the rails. The secibd TEICHMANN gantry crane will also lift segments into a 25m deep shaft to provide the Herrenknecht tunnel boring machine with building material. The assembly of the steel construction was completed within only a week. TEICHMANN CRANES also supplied used rails, which were laid directly on site.
