TEICHMANN CRANES delivered a 16t x 28m overhead crane to Witten for the green steel manufacturer, the Swiss Steel Group, which will be used for manufacturing of sustainable steel.

In a record-breaking delivery time of just 8 weeks, TEICHMANN CRANES delivered a rubber-tired gantry crane (RTG) to a manufacturer of modular living units in Rammingen, where the crane is needed for their storage yard. The delivery time of a new RTG is more than 24 months.

The 40 t/5 t double-rail crane trolley of a 100-year-old overhead travelling crane at ThyssenKrupp in Duisburg was due for refurbishment. Since the trolley’s steel structure was no longer usable due to its age, TEICHMANN CRANES completely rebuilt the trolley from scratch in just 12 weeks.

For the large milling company Roland Mills GmbH, TEICHMANN KRANE successfully refurbished a 1984 gantry slewing crane with a load capacity of 10 t, including the replacement of the defective slewing bearing. The port crane is used for unloading bulk goods at the Rhine-Herne Canal.

The aging Wenker gantry crane manufactured in 1971 with a span of 35t and a lifting capacity of 2x12t belonging to the Hessian construction company, Faber & Schnepp Hoch- u. Tiefbau GmbH & Co. KG, needed modernisation and was completely overhauled and modernised in just 7 weeks.

As part of the “City Link” project, new power tunnels are currently being constructed at depths of up to 100 meters. The goal is to improve the electricity supply in the greater Stockholm area, which is facing a steadily increasing energy demand due to population growth.

For the company BREMER Betonfertigteile GmbH the TeichmannGroup delivered 2 brand new travelling cranes to Leipzig.

TEICHMANN CRANES delievered 3 overhead traveling cranes for the tubbing factory at the construction site of the Brenner Base Tunnel in Austria. Four more overhead traveling cranes will be delivered this year for the tunnel driving under ground.

TEICHMANN CRANES has delivered the third gantry crane in a row for a Bavarian timber manufacturer. The tubular gantry crane is used for handling round wood using a special gripper.

For the company, Salzgitter Stahlhandel GmbH, TEICHMANN CRANES delivered a brand new 16t gantry crane with a span of 42.5m in just 6 months.
