The double-girder overhead crane is equipped with a robust winch and was customized at the company site in Essen to fit the customers needs.Thus, the load capacity of the crane was increased by reversing the hoist and strengthening and extending the crane bridges.

In addition, the crane received a complete workshop test and partial renewal of the control and electrics.

The assembly of the crane at the customer location in Witten, Germany took place within 3 days.

The robust overhead travelling crane will be used at the customer DEW (Deutsche Edelstahlwerke) for the transport of rolls in the rolling mill.
