Due to the lack of documentation for the crane trolley, an on-site measurement was first carried out to replicate the aged and no longer usable steel structure of the trolley.
At TEICHMANN CRANES’s facility in Essen, a new trolley frame was then designed and manufactured, while the subsidiary Brunnhuber Eisenhüttenstadt GmbH produced new trolley wheels.
In addition, available refurbished trolley drives and refurbished standard hoists were installed in Essen before the crane trolley could be reassembled at the customer’s site after just 12 weeks.
